Hazelnut kernels calibrated according to customer specifications are roasted by using horizontal roasters in desired roasting degree. Hazelnuts passed through skin removing equipments are then passed through laser sorters to separate foreign materials and undesired kernels.

Selected products passed through selection tables for final control visually done by workers are sent to paste production line. In this line, hazelnuts are firstly crushed and then refined by using thinner machines according to desired thickness. Prepared product is sent to final product silos for packaging.  All physical and chemical characteristics of hazelnut are controlled and monitored by laboratory during all phases of production.
